This meme is hosted by MizB at Should be Reading

The rules are simple:
-Grab your current read.
-Let the book fall open to a random page.

-Share 2 “teaser” sentences from that page, somewhere between lines 7 and 12.
-Give the title of the book that you’re getting your “teaser” from – that way people can have some great book recommendations if they like the teaser you’ve given!
-And remember – please avoid spoilers!
Book: Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson
“The next chapter steals my breath away. It takes me out of the room. It confuses me, while one little part of my brain jumps up and down screaming, “I get it! I get it!” Cubism.”
I bought this book a while ago and it has sadly sat on my TBR pile since. With all of the talk about potentially banning this book (which is absolutely absurd) I just had to start reading it immediately. Needless to say, so far it is an amazing book and I am looking forward to finishing it and sharing my review.
