(the lovely Ginger at GReads! made this graphic)

As an alternative to Waiting on Wednesday, I am starting a new feature called Now… or Later? This feature was inspired by my ridiculously huge TBR pile and how I can never decide which book to read next.

This is where you fabulous people come in! I will basically feature one or two books each week and you vote whether I should read the book now or wait until later. Feel free to make your case as to why I should either read the book immediately or put it off until later. And please feel free to do your own post and link up in the comments!

This week’s book is…

From Goodreads:
Three sisters share a magical, unshakable bond in this witty high-concept novel from the critically acclaimed author of Audrey, Wait! Around the time of their parents’ divorce, sisters April, May, and June recover special powers from childhood—powers that come in handy navigating the hell that is high school. Powers that help them cope with the hardest year of their lives. But could they have a greater purpose?

April, the oldest and a bit of a worrier, can see the future. Middle-child May can literally disappear. And baby June reads minds—everyone’s but her own. When April gets a vision of disaster, the girls come together to save the day and reconcile their strained family. They realize that no matter what happens, powers or no powers, they’ll always have each other.

Because there’s one thing stronger than magic: sisterhood.

I really have no good reason for not reading this book yet. I bought this last August and it has been slowly getting more and more buried in my pile. What do you think – should I unbury it or perhaps wait?

  3. It sounds like a good one, I haven’t heard much about it but I’ve seen this cover before. I say give it 50 pages. =)

  4. Robin Benway is also the author of Audrey, Wait (which I was supposed to start reading this week but didn’t b/c I got Shade in the mail lol! oops).. I have not heard of this book, but the other one has gotten LOTS of great reviews. I say read it NOW & tell me how it is :-)

  5. OMG I’ve never heard of this one before, but it sound fantastic. I’d say drop everything, read it now and post a review, so we followers can see if you like it or not.

This is a great new feature and I will be doing it in place of Waiting on Wednesday. So, as you requested: Here’s mine:

  6. I completely suck at this game Tara. I’m of no help at all because I haven’t read any of these! I’ll be interested to see what you think if you go with “now”:)

  7. I say “now” because I’m curious to hear what you think. I really enjoyed Audrey, Wait and have heard good things about this book, too!

  8. Now! I luv Audrey, Wait! with a passion and I adored this book too. However, it was one of those books I appreciated a lot more when it was done. At times I wasn’t thrilled with it, but as a total package it was awesome.

  9. I haven’t read this, so I can’t really tell you whether or not you should read it now or later. I DO have it in my TBR pile, so if you decide to read it now I look forward to your review :)

  10. Yes, read it now. I like the sound of it – witty is good – and would love to know what you think. This is a great idea for a post by the way. I’d also like to see a selection of say 3 -5 books and ask us to choose which one we’d read next out of the selction.
