This week’s topic is to list the top ten books that have been on my shelves for ages but I still haven’t read. I feel like this could be my entire bookshelf – it’s an issue. I have been doing a little better lately but still have a looooong ways to go!

As always, the lovely ladies over at The Broke and the Bookish deserve a shoutout for hosting Top Ten Tuesday!

1) Revolution by Jennifer Donnelly
2) Amy & Roger’s Epic Detour by Morgan Matson
3) Across the Universe by Beth Revis
4) Before I Fall by Lauren Oliver
5) Matched by Ally Condie
6) Vampire Academy by Richelle Mead
7) Hush, Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick
8) Nevermore by Kelly Creagh
9) The Mockingbirds by Daisy Whitney
10) XVI by Julia Karr

  1. You haven’t read Before I Fall?! Tara…I’m not sure we can continue this friendship. READ IT. It will change you :) I loved it.

  2. Girl. It IS an issue, as I tell you weekly. Amy & Roger, Before I Fall and Vampire Academy are three of my favorites EVER. Get on it. Snap snap.

  4. I too have Across the Universe on my bookshelf to read which I bought back in MARCH! I think I might hold on to it until the 2nd book comes out but I don’t know. Also I bought Hush, Hush over the summer and still haven’t read it either. I need to get crackin’!

  5. I think I’ve said this like 6 times to you.. READ AMY & ROGER!!!! especially since you loved Saving June so much. This book will blow your mind.

  6. Across the Universe was one of my favorite reads of 2011. Highly recommend.

Amy and Roger’s Epic Detour would make a good read for the beginning of summer. I was dying to revisit Yellowstone after reading it.

  7. I’m suprised you haven’t read Vampire Acadmey with how much Anna gushes about it :)

I am agreed that you need to read Amy and Rogers, BIF, and VA soon!!!

  8. Revolution and Before I Fall are FANTASTIC!

  9. Gasp! You haven’t read Amy & Roger’s?? You must go do so right now! I share in your problem of not having read many of the others though, including Across the Universe. I want to read it, but I keep forgetting it every time I pick a new book.

  10. Oh man, if I had to prioritize two books on that list directly to the top it would be Before I Fall and Amy and Roger’s Epic Detour. I think you’d really love them.
