This was a very good week for me book wise. I went on a little bit of a shopping spree yesterday and here is what I got:
From Borders:
Speak by Laurie Anderson
The Extraordinary Secrets of April, May, & June by Robin Benway
Paper Towns by John Green
Forget You by Jennifer Echols
Going Too Far by Jennifer Echols
I’d Tell You I Love You, But Then I’d Have to Kill You by Ally Carter
Cross My Heart and Hope to Spy by Ally Carter
Don’t Judge a Girl by Her Cover by Ally Carter
These are the books I bought from a used book store I just found. You buy books by the pound – they literally weigh your books on a grocery scale!
Gossip Girl by Cecily von Ziegesar – #1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10
Confessions of a Shopaholic by Sophie Kinsella
Shopaholic Takes Manhattan by Sophie Kinsella
Shopaholic Ties the Knot by Sophie Kinsella
What did you get this week? Happy Reading!

Great stash indeed! I have John Green and the Robin Benway ones in my wish list.
Ooh, Speak is a good one, and I really need to read something else by John Green. What a great haul!
Wow, what a great week for you! I loved Speak and thought Confessions of a Shopaholic was okay
Enjoy!
I haven’t read the Shopaholic books but have heard great things about them. Same for Jennifer Echols—she’s on my wish list. Happy reading!
i loved going too far but not as sure about forget you (although it was still good)
I really enjoyed “Going too far” but “Confessions of a Shopaholic” by Sophie Kinsella got me started on the chick-lit genre years ago, it’s exceptionally good if you are in the right mood for it, otherwise you might end up hating it. A perfect summer read.
This was a good book for you. I love the Ally Carter books. I’ve always meant to read Speak. Not probably something I’ll “enjoy” but something I’ll “appreciate,” as I usually do with her books.
Alison Can Read
The Shopaholic series is GREAT – enjoy them! I have been hearing great things about John Green – I must pick up one of his books.
Oo great reads! I thought the Extraordinary Secrets sounded like a really fun read, and all of Ally Carter’s books seem really cute. I hope you enjoy! That’s neat how they weigh them by the pound! I bet it works out cheaper that way, unless you’re buying War and Peace or something lol!
